DescriptionThe Role
Were seeking a Marketing Manager to drive execution of our category marketing strategy for Gravity our unified healthcare data and AI platform. Reporting to the Senior Director of Category Marketing youll be responsible for bringing our annual and quarterly marketing plans to lifetranslating strategy into high-impact campaigns content and programs that drive pipeline and accelerate adoption across healthcare C-suite audiences. This role is ideal for a marketing execution expert who thrives in fast-paced environments can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and has a track record of delivering measurable results in B2B healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS.
A Day in the Life
Campaign Execution & Program Management (40%)
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across owned earned and paid channels to support quarterly goals and annual category positioning
Manage end-to-end campaign delivery including timeline management stakeholder coordination asset production and performance tracking
Coordinate cross-functional teams (content design demand gen sales enablement) to ensure on-time on-brand execution
Build and maintain marketing calendars project trackers and campaign documentation
Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership
Content Development & Management (30%)
Develop compelling marketing content including email campaigns web copy social posts case studies solution briefs and event materials
Translate technical product capabilities into customer-centric messaging for C-suite healthcare audiences (CIO CDO CFO CMO etc.)
Manage content production workflows with internal teams and external vendors
Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all customer touchpoints
Maintain content library and asset management systems
Event & Partnership Marketing (10%)
Support event marketing programs including industry conferences customer events (Xccelerate) webinars and executive roundtables
Coordinate partnership marketing initiatives (e.g. CHIME strategic technology partners)
Manage pre-event at-event and post-event marketing activities
Track event ROI and engagement metrics
Research & Thought Leadership Execution (20%)
Support execution of research initiatives including customer surveys industry reports and benchmarking studies
Coordinate with research partners and vendors on study design and data collection
Help develop research-driven content assets for lead generation and brand positioning
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
6-8 years of marketing experience in B2B technology healthcare IT or enterprise SaaS
Proven track record of executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
Experience marketing to enterprise/C-suite audiences preferably in healthcare
Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools and reporting on campaign performance
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot Marketo Salesforce or similar)
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare technology marketing or marketing to healthcare provider/payer organizations
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends including AI adoption data interoperability value-based care
Experience with marketing to technical audiences (CIOs CTOs data leaders)
Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives
