CDD + ODD Assitant Manager
Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead commercial due diligence and strategy consulting projects including operational due diligence business plan reviews growth strategy and performance transformation.
- Design and execute commercial analysis such as market sizing business model analysis competitive benchmarking and strategic rationale assessments.
- Conduct high-quality research interviews and data analysis to assess the impact of market dynamics on client organizations.
- Develop business cases and business plans supported by robust financial and data analysis.
- Lead and manage small teams (1-2 Associate Consultants/Consultants) on engagements ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Produce client-ready reports and presentations within agreed timelines and brief Engagement Managers as needed.
- Collaborate with UK teams to develop and deliver actionable recommendations to clients.
- Manage client communication and engagement throughout project lifecycles.
- Support Sector/Proposition Leads in maintaining and building relationships with key UK stakeholders.
- Assist UK Partners/Directors in business development activities including proposal development and sector insight creation.
- Contribute to thought leadership knowledge management and overall practice development.
Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills:
- 4 5 years prior experience in commercial/operational due diligence or value creation consulting.
- Ability to lead small teams and mentor junior members on strategy consulting projects.
- Strong numerical analytical and strategic thinking skills with sound commercial acumen.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including data analysis) and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience with research databases such as S&P Capital IQ Refinitiv and Euromonitor.
- Strong report writing and reviewing skills with attention to detail and client value.
- Effective stakeholder management skills including relationship building with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented with ability to develop solutions for evolving client requirements and deliver relevant insights.
