Job Summary
Support R&D team on Vendor Validation and Evaluation.
- Support R&D team on prototype production and validation.
- Evaluate manufacturing feasibility/cost/risk of NPI.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Create and share DFM/DFX guidelines to cross-functional teams and ensure manufacturability across the supply chain.
- Oversee NPI quality control.
- Collaborate and support supplier quality engineer to improve material performance.
- Develop new technology or process during new product introduction.
- Lean production improvements
- OEM manufacturing capability management and process audit;
- Overcome the SMT process troubleshooting and work out the process ability analysis.
- GMP/FDA/ISO compliance D5 through D10.
- Inspection Validation and Improvement of QC processes to support NPI.
- Co-ordinate and work closely with Design Manufacturing (Operations) team & Supplier.
- Developing financial projections preparing budgets and performing extensive project costing ensuring smooth site operations with erection commissioning & procurement operations
