Job Summary:
The Area Business Manager (ABM) will be responsible for driving sales performance managing retail store operations and leading team productivity across the South Region. This role requires strong leadership business acumen and the ability to execute strategic initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets in the premium jewellery segment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive overall sales and revenue growth across assigned stores in the South Region.
- Manage and supervise Store Managers and Sales Teams to ensure target achievement.
- Monitor store-wise performance analyze sales data and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and service delivery in all stores.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct regular store visits for performance review training and team motivation.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand consistency across outlets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for local promotions campaigns and events.
- Handle inventory management stock planning and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Identify new business opportunities and support store expansion plans.
- Recruit train and develop high-performing teams within the region.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- 4–8 years of experience in retail sales preferably in jewellery luxury or lifestyle segments
- Prior experience in handling multiple stores or regional operations is mandatory
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales target achievement (monthly/quarterly)
- Store productivity and conversion rates
- Team performance and retention
- Customer satisfaction scores
- Inventory turnover and stock management
