Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning execution and tracking ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development QA infrastructure and business stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Develop and maintain project plans (e.g. schedules milestones dependencies resource plans).
- Monitor project milestones risks and dependencies proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.
- Maintain and track project progress using JIRA ensuring accurate updates on tasks user stories and sprint deliverables.
- Prepare detailed project dashboards reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint (PPT) for leadership and stakeholder communication.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to organizational governance compliance and reporting standards.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in project management and delivery tracking across multiple teams.
- Hands-on expertise in JIRA for project tracking sprint management and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project dashboards data analysis and reporting.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint (PPT) for executive presentations and stakeholder reporting.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage risks dependencies and project escalations effectively.
