Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead SaaS implementation projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will manage client expectations coordinate cross-functional teams ensure timely delivery and maintain high-quality implementation standards.
This role requires strong leadership technical understanding and excellent client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects
Define project scope timelines milestones and deliverables
Coordinate with implementation development and support teams
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients
Translate business needs into actionable project plans
Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery
Manage risks dependencies and change requests
Ensure quality control and testing before deployment
Oversee workflow automation customization and integrations
Maintain project documentation and reporting
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
Ensure client satisfaction and smooth project handover
Support pre-sales team with technical insights when required
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering IT Computer Science or related field
37 years of experience in project management
Experience managing software implementation projects
Strong understanding of platforms such as:
Zoho ecosystem (CRM Books Creator People Recruit POS Catalyst Desk etc.)
Microsoft 365 / Dynamics
Salesforce
Basic technical knowledge of: Java / Python SQL APIs & integrations Workflow automation
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience using project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Asana ClickUp etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP / Agile / Scrum certification (added advantage)
Experience in business process mapping and automation
Experience handling enterprise clients
