Job Summary

Role: Learning & Development Manager

What will you create and do

We are looking for a highly impactful Learning & Development Manager to drive revenue-focused enablement and capability building across Sales Customer Success and Partner teams at SMS Magic / Conversive.

In this role you will design and execute end-to-end training and enablement programs for Account Executives (AEs) SDRs CSMs and Partner teams to accelerate ramp time improve pipeline productivity and drive consistent revenue outcomes. You will build structured learning journeys aligned to product positioning conversational AI use cases ICP targeting objection handling competitive differentiation and sales methodology.

You will partner closely with Sales Leadership Marketing and Product teams to ensure enablement content stays aligned with product releases pricing updates messaging evolution and go-to-market strategy.

The ideal candidate combines sales enablement expertise instructional design program management and data-driven decision-making with a strong understanding of SaaS / CPaaS revenue functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute end-to-end sales and customer enablement programs across AEs SDRs CSMs and Partner teams

  • Design structured training journeys covering product positioning ICP targeting use cases objection handling and competitive differentiation

  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Product teams to ensure enablement aligns with GTM strategy releases and messaging updates

  • Operationalize enablement delivery including cohort scheduling playbooks training calendars and knowledge repositories

  • Build and manage reinforcement frameworks including role plays call reviews micro-learning and simulations

  • Track and improve key GTM performance metrics such as ramp time conversion rates win rates and deal cycle velocity

  • Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and optimize programs using data and feedback

  • Drive a high-performance learning culture focused on practical execution and measurable revenue impact

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Reduction in ramp time for new hires

  • Improvement in meeting-to-opportunity conversion rates

  • Increase in win rates and deal closure velocity

  • Sales productivity and quota attainment improvements

  • Adoption and completion rates of enablement programs

  • Performance improvement through coaching and reinforcement initiatives



Requirements

What will qualify you for this role

Essential:

  • Sales Enablement Expertise Proven experience designing and delivering training for Sales SDR CSM and Partner teams

  • Instructional Design & Adult Learning Ability to build structured outcome-driven learning journeys

  • Revenue Impact Orientation Strong understanding of GTM metrics such as ramp time win rates pipeline conversion and deal velocity

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Ability to work closely with Sales Marketing Product and Leadership teams

  • Program Management Strong experience managing training calendars cohorts playbooks and enablement programs

  • Data-Driven Learning Ability to measure training effectiveness and continuously optimize enablement programs

  • Content & Playbook Development Experience creating sales playbooks battle cards messaging frameworks and knowledge assets

Desired Skills:

  • Strong facilitation presentation and coaching skills

  • Experience in SaaS / CPaaS / Conversational AI domain

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms

  • Ability to conduct call reviews role plays and performance coaching

  • Strong stakeholder communication and influencing ability

  • Ability to create scalable micro-learning and digital learning assets

Experience Range:

  • 6 10 Years

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree (MBA or Certification in L&D / Instructional Design preferred)
