Position Summary:
The AMRS Network Change Action Committee (CAC) Is responsible for the review and approval for change requests for the implementation of high risk Network changes. The Network Change Management staff directs change evaluation in coordination with Release Managers and Network Engineers performing complex technology changes across the banks Global Network.
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple lines of business. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes coordinating delivery resource planning providing visibility of program health and managing program risks compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the target outcomes and timeline and drives operational stability analytics metrics reporting and process controls.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs such as kick-offs status reviews stakeholder meetings change controls and tollgates
- Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations as well as Compliance and Risk
- Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
- Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes delivery performance risks issues and schedule
- Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
- Manages program financials and supports resource planning
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
Required Qualifications
- 710 years of Project or Program Management experience leading complex multiworkstream initiatives within large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Change Management (ECM) standards governance routines and risk controls with demonstrated experience ensuring compliance throughout project lifecycle.
- Experience coordinating highrisk technology or network infrastructure changes preferably supporting global or largescale networks.
- Proven ability to plan manage and execute large program deliverables with crossfunctional teams including Network Engineering Release Management Risk and Compliance.
- Demonstrated success managing executivelevel routines (e.g. program kick-offs stakeholder meetings status reviews tollgates change controls).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to broaden relationships and influence business leaders technology partners and governance functions.
- Ability to translate target outcomes into actionable delivery plans ensuring alignment between business objectives technology teams and program execution.
- Expertise in risk issue and dependency management with the ability to provide transparent program health reporting to senior leadership.
- Financial management experience including budgeting forecasting and resource planning at the program level.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Strong analytical and metricdriven approach including tracking success measures and performance indicators across large program portfolios.
- Ability to operate in a fastpaced highly regulated environment with competing priorities and strict control requirements.
