Sales Expert
Summary We are a fast-growing vacant land investment company looking for a full-time sales closer. This is not a job. This is an opportunity to build a career control your income and grow with a serious company.
We are looking for:
Ultra-competitive people Hustlers who hate losing Self-starters who dont need to be micromanaged Closers who want to control their own destiny Full-time commitment only Youll be speaking with warm prospects who have requested information about our land. Your job is to build rapport overcome objections and close deals.
Qualifications:
2 years of proven sales experience Prior experience with cold calling telemarketing and generating new leads
Key Responsibilities:
Full-time position ( Monday through Friday/PST time) Advanced conversational reading and writing English skills Daily lead follow-ups and consistent communication with clients (Inbound/Outbound) Note taking and record keeping for every client interaction Familiarity with U.S. addresses cities and states Price negotiation and closing deals Managing communication via calls text and email Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
