Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calls emails and social selling.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs and determine if our solution is a good fit.
- Optimizes lead generation and conversion of DEVTAC
- Set up appointments and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the companys products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
- Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in creating proposals presentations and other sales-related efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain and update CRM records ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with marketing and account executives to optimize lead conversion strategies
Requirements
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and effectively present solutions.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus.
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication (verbal and written) Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand customer needs and effectively present solutions. Self-motivated goal-oriented and eager to learn. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience using CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus.
