Position: Business Development Executive SaaS / Software Sales
Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive SaaS / ERP Sales to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience selling business software solutions and a strong understanding of cloud-based platforms such as Zoho Microsoft Google or Salesforce ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Identify qualify and generate new business opportunities for SaaS ERP and automation solutions
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Conduct discovery calls to understand client business processes challenges and digital transformation needs
Deliver product demonstrations and customized solution presentations (Zoho Microsoft Dynamics Google Workspace Salesforce etc.)
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to proposal negotiation and closure.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth solution delivery
Prepare proposals RFP responses and commercial quotations
Negotiate contracts and close deals with SMEs and enterprise clients
Develop channel partnerships and referral networks
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Stay updated on SaaS trends competitor offerings and new product features
Represent the company at networking events webinars and industry meetings
Provide regular sales forecasts reports and performance insights to management
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field
15 years of experience in SaaS ERP CRM or software sales
Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong interest in technology sales may also apply
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycle and consultative / solution-based selling
Hands-on experience in Zoho ecosystem products (Books CRM People Recruit Payroll Analytics Creator Inventory etc.) is highly preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Google Workspace or Salesforce solutions is an added advantage.
Ability to conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling client presentations
Strong negotiation objection handling and closing skills
Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting
Self-motivated target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities (if required)
