Internship Overview:

We are looking for technically strong and motivated candidates for a 3-month Software Implementation Internship.

This internship is designed for individuals who have programming knowledge and want to build a career in SaaS implementation business automation and software customization.

During the internship you will receive hands-on training and work on live client projects involving:

• Software implementation
  

• Workflow automation
  

• Business process mapping

• Client-specific customization
  

• Zoho Deluge scripting
  

Upon successful completion of 3 months high-performing interns will be offered a permanent role as a Software Implementation Expert with an attractive salary package.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas

• Understand client business processes and translate them into software workflows
  

• Configure and implement CRM / ERP / SaaS systems
  

• Set up automation workflows blueprints and approvals
  

• Develop custom functions using Zoho Deluge
  

• Work on integrations using APIs (where applicable)
  

• Assist in database handling and data migration
  

• Support customization using logic-based scripting
  

• Test debug and optimize implemented solutions
  

• Document implementation processes and client configurations
  
  
  

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed / B.E / BCA / MCA / (IT/Computer Science) or related technical degree
  

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of at least one programming language: Java Python C or similar
  

• Strong understanding of programming logic data structures and problem-solving concepts
  

• Working knowledge of SQL and basic database management concepts
  

• Understanding of APIs JSON or web technologies is an added advantage
  

• Familiarity with SaaS applications CRM/ERP systems or cloud-based platforms (preferred)
  

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  

• Willingness to learn new scripting languages such as Zoho Deluge
  

• Good communication skills to understand client requirements
  

• Ability to work in a team and handle tasks with accountability
  

• Commitment to complete the full 3-month internship program
