We are headquartered in Adelaide Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific locations.
Currently we are looking for engineers for our onsite support requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
As an IT Support Engineer (On-call/Freelance/Casual) based in Perth WA you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Performing desktop support and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Re-imaging desktop operating systems as required.
- Assisting with networking issues including LAN and WAN configurations.
- Supporting and configuring routers and switching infrastructure.
- Providing timely responses to technical inquiries and issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Documenting support interactions and solutions in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure seamless operations and issue resolution.
Mandatory Requirements
To be considered for this role candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Proficiency in desktop support and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including LAN WAN and router configurations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
