Onsite AV & Infrastructure Support Technician Location: Tamowrth New Castle

We are EIL Global a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops Servers networks and data center technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations. Currently we are looking for partners/engineers for onsite support services in and around to assist our clients.
We are hiring for this on call project candidates will be interviewed and also BGV is applicable for employment education criminal check address proof.
Mode: Dispatch - On call ticket based/Freelance/Part time/Casual Basis
SLA: SBD and NBD support
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of AV systems meeting room technologies and video conferencing solutions.
Experience supporting Microsoft collaboration tools and meeting room environments.
Basic networking knowledge (LAN cabling connectivity troubleshooting).
Exposure to EUC support device management and onsite IT operations.
Ability to support non-Windows and non-Microsoft devices for basic connectivity and troubleshooting.
Excellent customer service communication and documentation skills.
