Job Summary

Ruby on Rails developer with Canvas LMS experience- Adelaide

Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain applications and services using Ruby

Support and extend integrations with the Canvas LMS platform

Work with APIs (REST/SOAP) to integrate Canvas with internal and external systems

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance learning platform functionality and user experience

Troubleshoot maintain and improve existing tools and integrations

Key Skills & Experience

Experience developing with Ruby (e.g. Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks) or

Strong functional and technical experience administering or supporting Canvas LMS

Experience working with APIs and system integrations

Ability to analyse requirements and deliver scalable maintainable solutions

Desirable

Experience working directly with the Canvas LMS platform (including APIs and data models)

Familiarity with education technology ecosystems and integrations

Experience with JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks

Understanding of cloud-based environments and deployment practices
