Our organization is actively seeking a dynamic and culturally responsive Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to join an Illinois school district for an immediate start. This full-time school-based opportunity is perfect for a clinician who is passionate about empowering multilingual students and helping bridge communication gaps in diverse learning environments.

In this role you will provide bilingual speech and language services within an elementary school setting supporting students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations using culturally responsive assessment practices and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs. Responsibilities also include participating in eligibility IEP and multidisciplinary meetings collaborating closely with educators families and related service providers and maintaining accurate compliant documentation in accordance with Illinois state and district guidelines.

Requirements

  1. Bilingual proficiency required.
  2. Active Illinois SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  3. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  4. Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  5. Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement (or eligibility).
