Job Description

Role Overview
Join the next-gen CaaS 3.0 platform rebuild as a hands-on Rust engineer. Design performant backend services APIs and cloud-native integrations-focusing on foundational development not maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Build scalable backend services and APIs in Rust.
Contribute to platform rewrite for performance/reliability.
Implement containerized (Docker/K8s) architectures.
Enhance observability fault tolerance and system efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally on system design.

Required Skills (Must-Have)

Proven Rust development experience (production backend services).
Backend engineering experience (microservices distributed systems APIs).
Docker containerization.
Kubernetes/cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP exposure).
Concurrency/memory safety and Rust performance tuning.

Nice-to-Have: Legacy modernization event-driven/async patterns CI/CD.
