Job Title: Project Manager Third-Party Services
Location: Phoenix AZ
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing third-party relationships ensuring compliance monitoring risk and driving process improvements. Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand business objectives and customer needs to develop effective solutions.

Monitor and improve third-party servicing processes to minimize risk and maintain corporate reputation.

Conduct contract testing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
-
Oversee implementation of new products/services with third-party vendors ensuring quality and risk mitigation.
-
Track third-party lifecycle activities: pre-contract post-contract and termination.
-
Ensure supplier compliance with standards and requirements.
-
Manage dashboards reporting and provide leadership updates.
-
Support financial management including invoice and SLA credit validation.
-
Monitor business continuity and disaster recovery exercises.
-
Serve as escalation point for partner-related issues and incidents.
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of vendor/contract management experience.

Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Analytical with ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word Project).

Knowledge of risk management operational controls and compliance frameworks preferred.
-
College degree preferred.
