Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to oversee the translating of clients merchandising and/or requests into actionabable tactics on clients website. This role oversees merchandisiers and/or content specialists who are managing clients website through product setup promotion management content and/or optimisation activities. May be responsible for leading a team of resources across multiple clients actioning clients requests. This role serves as a SME for the platform troubleshooting and provides guidance to client and internal team on best practices across the website.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop configure and maintainCMS-based websites and applications.

Create and customizeCMStemplates layouts renderings and reusable components followingbest practices.

Implement and optimizeCMSworkflows personalization and content authoring features.

IntegrateCMSwith external systems (CRMs APIs and third-party services).

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and performance optimization.

Troubleshoot debug and resolveCMS-related issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with UX QA and backend teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Support ongoing enhancements upgrades andCMSmigrations where required.

Required Skills & Experience:

8years of hands-on experience inCMSdevelopment

Solid understanding ofCMSarchitecture templates rendering types and pipelines.

Knowledge ofCMSHeadless Services and JSS (JavaScript Services) is a plus.

Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript jQuery React/Angular preferred).

Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git Azure DevOps) and deployment pipelines.

Exposure to Azure PaaSCMSupgrades and cloud deployments is an advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.

Strong problem-solving debugging and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
