About the Team:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Management professional to join our team in building a new set of offerings in the Planning and Analytics space. You will have the opportunity to shape our next set of offerings in the space that are AI-native and sit at the confluence of data analytics and planning. - You will help define a new category not just enhance an existing product

What you get to do in this role:
- Shape the strategy product definition roadmap execution and overall success of Planning and Analytics focused offerings across different functional domains.
- Lead and facilitate engagement with customers and field teams in the planning of the product roadmap as well as prioritize features based on their input.
- Effectively manage the roadmap ensuring consensus and coordinating with a team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences on schedule.
- Generate compelling market-validated use cases and spearhead ideation sessions.
- Communicateproductprioritiesand buildconsensus
- Assume leadership responsibilities as anaccountable owner who is committedto the outcome regardless of the role ororganizationalboundaries
- Work withmultipleteamstoguideprojectsthroughdevelopmentand bring high-quality products to life
- Integrate usability studies research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- 8 years of softwareproductmanagement experience
- Synthesizing customer input into clear product bets
- Working with design and engineering to shape defaults templates and firstvalue experiences
- This is a highsignal highcontext role less backlog grooming more judgment.
- Own continuous discovery with planning and analytics practitioners
- Translate customer pain into adoptiondriven product bets
- Define firstvalue experiences that make the platform immediately useful
- Act as the voice of the customer in roadmap and architecture discussions
- Shape competitive differentiation from the customers point of view
- Strong prioritizationskillsandthediscipline to focus on highimpactactivities
- Experiencedefining andcapturingproductrequirementsandtransforming them intoaproduct roadmap
- Deep curiosity about customerneeds and a track record inbuilding customer relationshipsand delivering customer-centric solutions
