Your contribution to something big:
- Shape and implement the sustainability strategy within the ES product area at Bosch HC;
- Integrate eco-design parameters across the entire product portfolio to effectively reduce CO₂ emissions throughout the product lifecycle;
- Coordinate sustainability-related data collection analysis and calculation activities with focus on Life Cycle Assessment (LCAs)
- Create and manage Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for the Home Comfort Electrified Solutions portfolio;
- Lead verification activities with external bodies;
- Coordinate and evaluate the portfolio according to EU Taxonomy criteria;
- Act as an interface to Sales and Marketing teams supporting the development of new sustainability-focused topics for customer communication;
- Stay informed about the latest sustainability developments in relevant sales markets;
- Act as the primary point of contact for sustainability inquiries;
- Support national and EU association activities as well as the HC sustainability strategy.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education: Completed Degree in Environmental Energy Technology International Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a comparable field with a focus on Sustainability and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
Experience:
- Proven experience in sustainability processes product sustainability product management or related areas;
- Experience with life cycle assessments ideally with Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).
Languages: Excellent English (spoken and written); German is an advantage.
Working Style and Methods: Independent responsible analytical structured and process-oriented with willingness to travel.
Personality: Strong communication skills collaborative mindset and an entrepreneurial approach to driving sustainability initiatives.
