Role Overview
This role blends 75% Production Support (L3) with 25%Project Management focusing on infrastructure applicationenvironments and technical project delivery.
You will act as a key bridge between Business and ITensuring robust scalable and secure production systems while driving strategicinfrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Technical Expertise
- Provide Level 3 support across infrastructure (servers storage network middleware)
- Ensure application stability performance and monitoring
- Support production environments and ensure smooth operations
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects (scope timeline budget quality)
- Ensure alignment with architecture standards resilience and compliance
- Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders across multiple domains
- Manage project governance (steering committees reporting KPIs SLAs)
- Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives
Continuous Improvement & Transformation
- Contribute to DevOps Agile and Cloud transformation (Move2Cloud)
- Manage obsolescence decommissioning and cost optimization (FinOps)
- Ensure autonomy of production teams (Run the Bank)
Technical Skills
- Infrastructure & Systems: Linux WebSphere Oracle Autosys CFT
- Cloud Platforms: AWS Azure GCP (Cloud certification is a plus)
- DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins GitLab CI Azure Pipelines Docker Kubernetes
- Monitoring & Observability: Dynatrace (or similar tools)
- Project Tools: MS Project Jira Smartsheet Asana
