Within the Data team you will join the CRM & Customers tribe responsible for managing data flows to our partners and targeting our audiences across our distribution channels.
Your mission:
Reporting to the Tribes Data Engineering Director your responsibilities will include:
Co-leading the Marketing Data Hub Feature Team (facilitation prioritization planning etc.)
Building a strong partnership with your Product Owner counterpart
Managing and mentoring Data Engineers: 3 contractors 1 internal (individual follow-up including coordination with consulting partners etc.)
Ensuring the implementation of development best practices (DevOps Quality FinOps etc.)
Contributing to scoping breakdown and high-level estimation of new initiatives
Driving technical and data modeling decisions in alignment with Accor standards (Snowflake architecture architectural patterns etc.)
Delivering Data Products (Analytics & AI) in line with quality and timeline commitments
Managing communication and resolution in case of incidents
Contributing to events organized at the Data team or Engineering vertical level.
