Key Responsibilities:

Review various content formats including text images videos and links to confirm adherence to moderation guidelines
Apply platform policies consistently making fair and well-reasoned decisions
Manage user appeals with professionalism empathy and clear communication
Collaborate with internal teams to safeguard content quality and platform integrity
Analyze activity patterns to identify potential risks and take appropriate action
Contribute suggestions to improve moderation tools workflows and overall efficiency

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
