The exciting opportunity:
- Give in person support to a designated portfolio of aged care homes across NSW & ACT
- Be part of the solution; provide guidance and assistance to Managers to achieve compliance and meet clinical outcomes
- Conduct audits and analyse data to identify trends priorities and risks
- Act as an agent of change and support the implementation of the continuous improvement plan for your homes
- Assist with the preparation and ongoing readiness for accreditation visits by ensuring services are operating in line with governing standards

About you:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and experience in a Quality Specialist Education or Manager role within residential aged care
- Thorough knowledge of aged cares governing legislation and a demonstrated ability successfully leading services through the accreditation process
- Data driven innovative practical proactive and solution focused with a commitment to best practice and continuous improvement
- Willing to travel across your portfolio of homes including to regional facilities if required
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to support engage and inspire managers
