This role will be a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring the documentation is precise actionable and aligned with architectural and operational Competencies:Software DevelopmentDocumentationProblem SolvingAnalysisAchievement/Results OrientedTeamworkCustomer ServiceFlexible/AdaptabilityBuilding relationshipsBusiness UnderstandingJob Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit and refined business functional and non-functional business needs into technical documentation such as:Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)Technical Design Documents (TDDs)Interface Control Documents (ICDs)Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs)System Architecture OverviewsAPI and integration specificationsWork cross-departmentally to ensure documentation supports implementation testing and deploymentParticipate in technical design sessions sprint planning and architecture reviews to validate requirements and ensure documentation repositories and version control using tools such as Confluence Git or quality assurance and UAT by reviewing test plans and validating that solutions meet documented to the continuous improvement of documentation standards templates and governance Requirements:Proven experience in Technical Analyst Software Development or related Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related technical fieldStrong knowledge of enterprise IT environments Software Development Lifecycles and system integration principlesDemonstrated ability to write clear structured and technically accurate documentation for diverse technical audiencesProficiency with tool such as MS Suite JIRA ConfluenceFluency in English (oral and written). French language is considered an assetExcellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skillsBe able to travel internationally
