Technical Project Manager

THIS IS A 6 MONTH CONTRACT ENGAGEMENT THAT COULD EXTEND/BECOME PERMANENT

We seek a proactive and driven Technical Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced client-centric environments. This individual will play a key role in delivering impactful data-driven solutions by leading cross-functional teams and ensuring project excellence from concept to completion. 

The Technical Project Manager will serve as the strategic lead and day-to-day point of accountability for our client engagements. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution managing risks and fostering collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executorable to navigate complexity drive clarity and exceed expectations. 

A consultative mindset is key: youll be expected to work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals translate business needs into actionable plans and guide them through delivery with confidence and transparency. 

You will: 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional client projects with accountability for outcomes. 

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and Blend360 ensuring expectations are clearly defined managed and exceeded. 

• Navigate ambiguity with confidencetranslating unclear requirements into structured plans. 

• Scope and plan initiatives with internal teams balancing delivery speed quality and client priorities. 

• Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to project teams removing roadblocks and maintaining momentum. 

• Identify delivery risks early and develop mitigation strategies that protect timelines and outcomes. 

• Champion a culture of ownership proactivity and continuous improvement. 

• Apply industry-standard project management methodologies (Agile/SCRUM Waterfall) to fit the needs of each engagement. 

• Create and maintain project documentation including RACI RAID project plans status communication plans etc. 

• Build trusted relationships with client and internal stakeholders through a consultative approach: understanding needs framing solutions and ensuring alignment at every stage of the project lifecycle. 

Qualifications :

Required Skills:  

• 7 years of experience in technical project management or product delivery. 

• Proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion with full ownership of outcomes. 

• Strong client engagement skills: ability to build trust navigate challenges and communicate with impact. 

• Comfortable operating with high levels of autonomy and accountability. 

• Skilled in managing competing priorities navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across stakeholders. 

• Collaborative mindset with a bias toward action and results. 

• Experience with Agile/SCRUM Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies. 

• Ability to travel to client sites when needed 

Preferred Skills:  

• Certifications such as SCRUM PMP or Certified AI Project Manager. 

• Experience in data-focused projects (data governance data engineering data science and/or BI).
