About the role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-onDelivery Manager NetSuite Technicalto lead our NetSuite development team drive project delivery and ensure high-quality solutions across integrations and customizations.
This role requires a strong blend oftechnical expertise leadership and client-facing delivery management with the ability to actively contribute to development when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Project Management
Own end-to-end delivery of NetSuite technical projects (customizations integrations enhancements).
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
Manage multiple parallel engagements and priorities.
Act as primary escalation point for delivery-related issues.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead and mentor a team of NetSuite developers and technical consultants.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
Guide team on architecture solution design and performance optimization.
Drive continuous improvement in development standards and delivery processes.
Technical (Hands-On) Responsibilities
Actively participate in development using:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
Review and optimize scripts workflows and integrations for scalability.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and propose scalable solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical design documents.
Provide regular status updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
Support pre-sales activities solutioning and estimations when required.
Process & Governance
Establish and enforce SDLC processes.
Ensure proper documentation of solutions and technical designs.
Manage resource allocation and utilization.
Ensure compliance with data security and integration standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with NetSuite ERP technical development.
Deep expertise in:
o SuiteScript (2.x preferred)
o NetSuite integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
o Celigo / Boomi / other middleware (preferred)
Proven experience managing and leading technical teams.
Hands-on experience in system integrations and architecture design.
Strong understanding of NetSuite modules (Financials Inventory Order Management).
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation Developer ERP Consultant).
Experience with multi-subsidiary / OneWorld environments.
Exposure to AI integrations or automation within NetSuite ecosystem.
Experience with tools like JIRA Git CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication (client-facing experience required).
Ability to balance hands-on work with strategic oversight.
