We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Manager Exports to manage overseas client coordination export documentation order processing and internal production follow-ups.
This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently work from home communicate proactively with international customers and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.

Evening work hours are required to align with international (US) client time zones.

• Interact with overseas clients regarding new Purchase Orders (POs)

• Receive organize and track new POs and RFQs

• Prepare pricing and quotations based on existing data and internal inputs

• Update pricing tables in coordination with management and production teams

• Generate export customer invoices

• Send delivery status reports to clients

• Create monthly incoming order reports and pending open order reports

• Coordinate with the US office for delivery schedules and end-client follow-ups

• Respond to export client queries (RFQs pricing delivery) within the same working day whenever possible

• Follow up with Production and Planning departments to ensure on-time manufacturing

• Coordinate with the Dispatch team to ensure timely shipment of orders

• Track work-in-progress (WIP) and production status

• Provide regular updates to management on order execution and production progress

• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management review

• Minimum 3 years of experience in exports customer coordination or engineering-related roles

• Exposure to engineering or manufacturing environments preferred

• Strong customer-handling and coordination skills

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong follow-up planning and organizational abilities

• Comfortable working independently in a WFH setup

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools

• Ability to work during evening hours due to international time zones
