Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

General Office Support

  • Assist in daily administrative operations and office management.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Document Management

  • Organize and file company documents records and reports.
  • Assist in scanning photocopying and printing official documents.

Facility & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist in scheduling and managing meeting rooms.

Support to Teams & Visitors

  • Assist employees with administrative tasks as required.
  • Welcome guests clients and external vendors ensuring hospitality.

Other Duties as Assigned

  • Handle additional tasks based on office requirements.
