YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Trade Support Analystto join our teams in Lisbon or Porto (hybrid work).

Your main responsabilities will be:

  • Manage the trade processing for Forward Trading activities
  • Detect and solve discrepancies between FO booking and the term-sheets
  • Monitor follow up track events on the transactions
  • Perform the reconciliations in place in order to ensure correct and accurate information among systems
  • Promote efficient dialogue / discussion between Front Office and Back Office in order to solve the existent breaks

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or similar
  • Knowledge in financial markets (financial derivatives)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with a commitment to delivering quality results
