We Specialize in Enterprise Mobility Strategy Consultation SAP Solution Architecture Consultation SAP Mobile Platform SAP implementation and support Product development and extension as part of IT Solution Delivery.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementations upgrades and transformation initiatives. This role requires strong leadership stakeholder management and deep understanding of SAP project lifecycles.
You will be responsible for delivering SAP projects on time within scope and within budget while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle SAP implementations rollouts and enhancements
- Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables
- Manage cross-functional teams including functional and technical consultants
- Oversee project planning budgeting risk management and governance
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure requirements alignment
- Ensure quality assurance testing and successful go-live execution
- Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners
- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership
- Drive change management and user adoption initiatives
Required Experience & Skills
- 5 years of experience managing SAP projects
- Proven experience delivering at least 1-2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g. S/4HANA FICO MM SD HCM etc.)
- Strong understanding of SAP Development (e.g. ABAP Fiori OData etc.)
- Experience working with global or multi-country implementations is a plus
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid)
- PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects
- Exposure to SAP cloud solutions
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
