Description: A Senior Solution Consultant (SSC) is an experienced SC with creative problem-solving abilities and a proven record of success in complex customer situations and with complex systems. The SSC provides tactical and strategic guidance to customers and to the 6sense team during the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides tactical and strategic guidance to sales counterparts aroundsolution design platform deployment and integration withenterprise architectures
- Is comfortable definingexecutingand managing detailed project plans for pilots POCs and other pre-sales projects
- Works with product management and product marketing as needed to relay product and sales cycle-related requests
- Strong knowledge of marketing and sales tech ecosystem including web analytics content management sales engagementmarketing automation and CRM
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and engagement
- Can act as mentor to new and/or less experienced team members
- Is able tocreate and conduct internal enablement and training sessions
- Collaboratesdirectly withimplementationproductandmarketing teams across functional areas beyond typical SC tasks
- Deep understanding of the competitive landscape including how best to position our platform against go-to market sales tactics. Educates the greater SC organization on new findingsand examples of win (win strategies).
- Authors SC sales and CS enablement content including but not limited to:PowerPointdecks Chorus or Zoom recordings that best represent a topicenablement sessions and Slackcontributions.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4 years in a sales engineer/solutions consulting role selling to enterprise and strategic customers
- Strong knowledge of marketing and sales tech ecosystem including web analytics content management sales engagement marketing automation and CRM
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and engagement MEDDPICC and Value Selling
- Ability to articulate the technical and functional capabilities of 6sense to both marketing and sales audiences including CMOs CROs/CSOs VPs of Demand Gen Marketing and Sales Operations Business Development leaders
- Ability to manage RFI/RFPs with tight deadlines
- Experience building custom POCs/POVs
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and work from our London-based office 2 days a week
