About our client
Our client is a specialist finance business operating in property bridging finance and third-party claims funding (RAF / ROA). They work closely with attorney firms across South Africa and those relationships are at the heart of how they manage both revenue and risk. This team is tight-knit (15 people in the division) and works from their Wynberg office in Gauteng.
What the job involves
Managing inbound enquiries from website forms email WhatsApp channel partners and internal referrals
Capturing updating and maintaining clean lead data in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
Acknowledging and coordinating follow-ups on all inbound enquiries quickly and accurately
Doing first-level lead qualification for property bridging finance and RAF advances
Capturing key details (product type amount attorney details claim/deal stage timelines)
Flagging enquiries that fall outside funding criteria
Allocating qualified leads to the right internal people (sales credit RAF specialists key account execs) via HubSpot
Escalating urgent complex or high-risk enquiries to the senior support lead
Supporting the debtors function by following up with attorney firms on ageing matters and settlement timelines
Keeping accurate notes and follow-up records in HubSpot and/or internal systems
Escalating long-outstanding matters repeated non-responsiveness or risk concerns
Supporting reporting (lead volumes response times conversion rates ageing effectiveness) and highlighting recurring bottlenecks
What you need to be considered
Experience using HubSpot (or a similar CRM) with strong data-capturing discipline
Excellent admin skills: organised methodical and comfortable with high volumes
Strong attention to detail (you spot gaps before they become issues)
Confident professional communication especially when following up firmly with attorney firms
Comfort working with sensitive financial/legal info (discreet and trustworthy)
Multilingual communication ability across South Africas national languages (advantage and very helpful in this role)
Debtors / collections support experience is a plus but not essential if your follow-up skills are strong
Any exposure to financial services bridging finance legal funding or RAF admin is a big advantage
Bonus points if you
Have worked with attorney workflows legal terminology or RAF processes
Love improving systems and keeping CRMs neat accurate and actually useful
Can spot patterns in delays/lead quality and proactively raise smarter ways of working
