Job Summary

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Support team in achieving data integrity and accuracy targets by participating in information checks in systems.
  • Capture information as detailed in the CPM Procedure in accurate and timely way in accordance to agreed standards.
  • Ensure that Scope of Work requirements are captured correctly and uploaded to the relevant systems.
  • Support administrative requirements detailed in the CPM procedure.
  • Prepare and distribute required documents and presentations in accordance with management requirements.
  • Support team to run efficient meetings with agendas logistics and minutes aligned to agreed cadence and adhoc requests.
  • Act as a point of contact for suppliers administrative queries liaising with team members for timely resolution.
  • Highlight opportunities for improvement to process performance and team meetings.
  • Support site actions to increase BU Contract Coverage from 20% to above 80%.
  • Prepare purchase requests & request documentation for Company Representative (CR)s approval.
  • Support rollout of passport 360
  • Liaise with Onboarding team to ensure efficiency of data flow between teams to avoid any bottlenecks.

This role is at a Band C2 level reporting to the Section Manager Contractor Management


Qualifications :

  • Grade 12
  • An undergraduate qualification Bachelors degree or equivalent OR Relevant tertiary qualification and proven track record of extensive practical experience in a role and context of similar complexity.

Experience required

  • Good working knowledge of service and customer orientation.
  • Good people engagement and problem-solving skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Data analytics background.
  • Foundational level of proficiency in Valterra systems & MS office suite.
  • Working knowledge of CPM systems and SAP 409.
