Job Summary
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a skilled professional who shares our unwavering passion for maintaining the highest standards of food and service:
- Proven craft-based experience utilising fresh ingredients preferably gained within a high-volume or education catering setting.
- Hold Food Hygiene Level 2 (further advanced training will be provided).
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety practices within a professional kitchen environment.
- Demonstrate strong self-motivation creativity and the ability to proactively use your own initiative.
