Our Facilities Team currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Assistant. Continue your journey with us whilst well support you to be your best . This role is to assist the Facilities Manager in the delivery of high quality facilities services including: Cleaning (internal & external) Maintenance & Buildings Security Health & Safety and Waste.
As a Bank Facilities Assistant you will;
- To assist the facilities manager in organising the departments resources including maintenance requests and the selection and ordering of goods / equipment
- To ensure compliance is kept with all relevant standards and legislation including Health and Safety within the hospital
- To interact with all Suppliers and Maintenance Providers and ensure they are supported onsite
- To ensure that all supplier documentation is maintained to the standards required
- To monitor and maintain health and safety
- To assist in the delivery of projects & maintenance
- To maintain the internal and external areas of the site to Nuffield standards
