Position Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the talent acquisition process ensuring seamless execution and driving efficiency across the organization. This role requires an understanding of recruitment operations data analysis and project management. Key Responsibilities: o Recruitment Process Management & Execution: Collaborate with hiring managers recruiters and stakeholders to help manage execute and optimize the recruitment processes ensuring timely and efficient talent acquisition. Utilize tools and resources to solution TA process challenges and issues. This includes but is not limited to the areas of interview scheduling candidate travel relocation Post Government Employment (PGE) and all other general TA processes. o Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain dashboards reports and metrics to track recruitment performance identify trends and provide insights to stakeholders. o Project Management: Plan coordinate and execute recruitment-related projects such as process improvements system implementations and training initiatives. o System Administration: Provide technical support for recruitment systems including applicant tracking systems (ATS) candidate management tools and other HR technology platforms. o Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements company policies and industry standards related to talent acquisition. o Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers recruiters and other stakeholders to understand their needs provide support and drive talent acquisition strategies. o Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements develop solutions and implement changes to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in recruitment systems including ATS and candidate management tools.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel Tableau and/or Power BI.
Advanced computer skills including Excel (i.e. macros) and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Skills Preferred
o Certifications: SHRM-CP HRCI or other relevant certifications.
o Experience with HR technology platforms such as BrassRing Phenom Oracle or PeopleSoft.
Experience Required
Bachelors degree and at least one (1) year recruiting/recruiting coordinator experience or Associates degree and five (5) years recruiting/recruiting coordinator experience
