If so theOffice of Sorority and Fraternity Engagement within Dean of Students Office (DSO) is seeking a full-time Coordinator of Sorority and Fraternity Engagement! This position will be hired as a Student Services Specialist I and will report directly to theAssistantDean of Studentsfor Development and Student Leadership and Director of Sorority and Fraternity Engagement.

What Youll Do:

  • Support the planning and coordination of sorority and fraternity civic engagement efforts including event registration the back-to-school drive trick-or-treat event day of service and the annual Polar Plunge fundraiser.

  • Contributes to assessment processes measuring the outcomes of civic engagement programs.

  • Serve as a primary advisor to one of Iowa States four governing council (CPC IFC MGC NPHC) and coach a variety of chapters across the community.

The successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to multi-task work in a fast-paced environmentdemonstrate incredible teamworkhave the desire to be highly engaged with students and represent theOffice of Sorority and Fraternity Engagement andDean of Students Office.

This role requires flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as part of our commitment to providing consistent support.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
