Role Purpose
To support live training operations and ensure smooth execution of sessions accountability of trainees and continuous process improvement while upholding company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Live Training Delivery
Facilitate live training sessions for:
New hires
Internal teams
Future client groups
Host and lead educational sessions including tutorials social media trainings podcasts and Facebook-based learning sessions
Participate in and support live training batches across departments (CSS RCM PH)
Monitor trainee attendance engagement and participation
Track trainee progress and proactively identify performance gaps
Develop administer and evaluate assessments

Tasks
Provide structured actionable feedback on trainee performance and professional habits
Facilitate leadership role-play scenarios and practical skill-building exercises
Training Coordination & Logistics
Coordinate and schedule training batches and sessions
Manage training timelines and ensure milestone completion
Oversees training resources including:
Calendars
Trackers
Journals
Documents
Recording links
Coordinate with lead trainers and guest facilitators
Ensure all training materials are prepared updated and accessible prior to sessions
Content & Certification Development
Develop update and refine training materials for:
Internal programs
Client-facing initiatives
Support certification and course completion and utilization
Assist in CMU LMS:
Course assignment
Follow-up and completion tracking
Communication with team or clients regarding completion
Live assistance for team or clients regarding LMS system
Cross-Team Support
Assist in team training sessions across departments
Record training sessions
Organize and manage training materials for internal team access
