- Has outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- Thrives on achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Is highly organised proactive and self-motivated
- Understands investor and owner occupier psychology
- Can confidently interpret floorplans and apartment layouts
- Tech-savvy and confident using sales technology to drive performance and efficiency
- Skilled at building long-term relationships with buyers investors and referral partners.
Qualifications :
- Current Real Estate License
- Proven sales performance
- Strong enquiry management and conversion skills
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
- A tenacious results-driven mindset
