This role is ideal for a polished motivated consultant with a proven record of strong sales outcomes particularly within offtheplan residential developments. Youll be supported by industryleading marketing an established enquiry pipeline and a collaborative team committed to excellence.

In this clientfacing role you will guide buyers from first enquiry through to contract signing and settlement providing a seamless informed and confidencebuilding experience. You will engage with a diverse mix of local and interstate buyers and play a critical part in shaping the success of one of Brisbanes most anticipated residential launches.

What Youll Bring

Were looking for someone who is:

• Professional wellpresented and confident in a highend project environment
• Experienced in offtheplan sales either within a project marketing agency or a developers inhouse team
• Skilled in building rapport and communicating the vision behind premium residential projects
• Comfortable managing databases qualifying leads and navigating CRM systems
• Highly proficient in supporting endtoend contract flow including coordination negotiation and settlement processes
• Energetic proactive and a genuine team contributor
• Flexible with roster requirements including permanent weekend work
