Project Assistant

BESIX Watpac are seeking an experienced Project Assistant to join our Qld construction team. Working in a large collaborative project team the key responsibilities of this position include:

• Administration support to the Contract Administration and site team.
• Assisting in organisation catering and general preparation for site meetings and events.
• Attending to reception/calls and managing site attendees and visitor access.
• Assisting with document control.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Managing stationery and office supplies.
• Processing of dockets invoices and purchase orders.

Qualifications :

The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:

• Prior administration experience in a construction or related field is preferable.
• High level of organisational and time management skills.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn new software packages as required.
