Job Summary
What Youll Do
- Design and execute test strategies based on functional specifications and business workflows.
- Develop document and maintain automated test cases integrated with CI pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with Developers and Business Analysts to ensure feature clarity test coverage and quality outcomes.
- Conduct exploratory and acceptance testing to validate new and existing features.
- Analyze test results investigate failures and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Suggest improvements to increase test effectiveness and reduce manual testing.
- Participate in peer reviews and share QA best practices within the team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps and optimizing QA processes.
Qualifications :
Who You Are
- 9 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation of web applications.
- Knowledge and experience in C# or Java API Web Services REST API.
- Proficiency with test design practices and techniques.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar automation frameworks.
- Detail-oriented analytical and passionate about product quality and continuous improvement.
Additional Information :
Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with Acumatica ERP or other enterprise software systems (ERP CRM financials).
- Experience with continuous integration tools (Bamboo) and version control (Git).
- Exposure to SQL and database validation.
- Experience applying AI tools to improve test coverage automate repetitive tasks or analyze defects more efficiently.
- Demonstrated initiative in driving ideas from concept to completion to strengthen our testing practices automation frameworks and product quality.
