Quality Engineer:
- Define quality strategies for GenAI systems including LLMs RAG pipelines and AI agents
- Validate data quality prompts embeddings and knowledge sources
- Test model outputs for accuracy relevance hallucinations bias and safety
- Design automated tests for prompt workflows APIs and GenAI integrations
- Evaluate model performance drift and regression across versions
- Partner with ML Data and Product teams to embed quality early (shiftleft)
- Ensure reliability scalability and responsible AI compliance in production
- Strong hands-on experience in automation such as Selenium with either Python or Java.
- Proficiency in UI and API Manual & Automation testing
- Proficiency in performance testing including load stress endurance and scalability testing using tools such as JMeter LoadRunner with strong skills in scripting test execution performance monitoring and results reporting.
- Strong SQL knowledge for data validation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab Azure DevOps).
- Ensure high code quality through effective Git usage disciplined branching and reviews automated quality gates and adherence to coding best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing UI & API automation frameworks using Selenium Java or Python with modular architecture reusable components
