About the Role
The Manager Biddable is responsible for end-to-end planning activation and optimization of biddable media campaigns across platforms such as Google Meta YouTube Amazon and programmatic environments. This role supports senior leaders by ensuring smooth campaign execution adherence to best practices and strong client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of performance marketing platform capabilities and the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day planning execution and optimization of biddable campaigns across search social and programmatic platforms.
Own campaign setups pacing troubleshooting and optimization to deliver against performance KPIs.
Build and nurture strong relationships with media platform partners to leverage opportunities betas and insights for client growth.
Work collaboratively with strategy analytics ad ops and creative teams to ensure campaigns go live on time and run error-free maintaining SLA compliance.
Utilize knowledge of performance levers and trading strategies to guide investments toward the most effective platforms and partners.
Monitor campaign performance create dashboards and share actionable insights and recommendations with internal teams and clients.
Ensure proper tracking implementation data accuracy and platform hygiene at all times.
Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay updated with industry trends new tools and platform updates.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members while helping maintain operational excellence across the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or a related field.
4 years of hands-on experience in biddable media (Search Social Programmatic).
Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads Meta Ads Manager DV360 YouTube Amazon Ads SA360 or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
High attention to detail with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and client-servicing skills.
Experience working with large-scale performance campaigns is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
