Role: Digital Operations Manager

Working in the Digital Operations team youll collaborate with various teams across the business as well as suppliers. Youll monitor manage and coordinate the operational delivery of our online customer offer being involved in everything from troubleshooting website issues and managing online fraud risk to analysing data to gain insight into how we can make the service better.
Building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships working cross functionally across various functions and third-party suppliers. Accountable for leading the operational delivery and development agenda for your areas.
You will play a key role as an Operations SME in our major website transformation program providing knowledgeable insights ensuring both customers and colleagues are considered at every stage.
Use data and insights to identify customer pain points and operational inefficiencies translating them into clear opportunities.
Managing and being responsible for the online trading operation owning and optimising business processes to improve operational efficiencies and output.
Managing and leading a team of Assistant Managers and Assistants providing coaching and development opportunities to support growth
Future thinking and forward strategic planning of operational activities leading on decision making.
Provide senior management information sharing key activities issues and trends on analysis and insights into key areas of the digital journey from placing orders through to delivery to customers and online returns looking at ways we can continuously improve our customer offer.
You will be a key member of the Leadership Team participating in and contributing to the overall growth and success across the team who is seen as a digital leader not just within but also the wider company
Experience in leading and managing a team of people coaching and supporting personal development is essential.
Previous experience implementing new processes systems or operating models.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data confidently.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office as well as being technically savvy to use multiple different systems.
Strong problemsolving skills with an analytical mindset attention to detail and a drive to improve business processes.
You will be required to work and make decisions at pace working under pressure to tight deadlines whilst initiating and responding positively to challenges in a fastmoving online business.
You will need to be flexible and required to support out of hours escalations.
A solid understanding of endtoend eCommerce operations.
Previous experience working in an Operations environment is preferred.
