Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing ANZ commercial team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and eager to help fuel Billigences pipeline generation efforts across Snowflake implementations AI initiatives data governance programs and analytics transformation projects.
This role is fundamentally about creating quality opportunities: outbound calls event-driven engagement and highvalue appointment setting for our BDMs and AMs. The right candidate thrives in a dynamic environment enjoys talking to people and is excited about the world of Data & AI.
You will have a clearly defined pathway into a Business Development Manager (BDM) or Account Manager (AM) role.
Base Salary: $50000 commission per qualified appointment
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting
- Drive outbound call campaigns targeting enterprise and midmarket accounts across APAC.
- Qualify prospects based on Billigences ICP (industry data maturity technology stack).
- Secure meetings for Billigences BDMs and AMs for Snowflake workshops AI discovery sessions and consulting opportunities.
- Execute structured outreach sequences (calls email LinkedIn) to build pipeline.
- Maintain consistent weekly and monthly outreach targets.
Event Support & Lead Generation
Billigence has a strong presence at Snowflake events industry conferences and AI/Data governance forums.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preevent outreach to book meetings for the sales team.
- Helping coordinate onsite presence booth support and attendee engagement.
- Postevent follow-up: calling inbound leads reengaging contacts and setting appointments.
- Keeping event lead data clean structured and updated in the CRM.
What You Will Learn
As an SDR at Billigence you will gain handson exposure to:
- The Snowflake ecosystem including warehousing data engineering governance and AI workloads.
- AI and analytics use cases across banking utilities retail government and more.
- How to run sales discovery and demos sessions in partnership with senior BDMs.
- How a consulting sales cycle worksfrom prospecting through to scoping deliverables.
- This foundation prepares you for a successful move into BDM or AM roles.
Required Skills
- Confident articulate communicator especially over the phone.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prospects.
- Curiosity about technology data and AI solutions.
- Persistence resilience and a performancedriven mindset.
- Ability to build rapport and stay composed under pressure.
Preferred (But Not Mandatory)
- Previous SDR telemarketing call-centre or customer-facing experience.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Interest or exposure to cloud technologies (Snowflake AWS Azure GCP).
- Experience supporting events or trade shows.

- Running full sales cycles
- Leading client workshops and commercial proposals
- Closing net-new data Snowflake and AI consulting engagements
Account Manager (AM)
- Alternatively you can progress into client relationship ownership:
