Job Summary
To be of service. To ensure friendly courteous timely and efficient customer service by providing a clean well stocked restaurant and by assisting all other team members.
- Set and reset tables correctly within the Santé guidelines
- Proper and friendly service when in contact with all guests
- Assist servers in any way with supplies food and beverage
- Maintain extensive knowledge of menu food preparation
- Some wine knowledge
- Expedite clean products to all areas
- Restock service stations
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and service stations
- Serve from the cheese cart and maintain extensive knowledge of cheeses
- Other duties as assigned
- Side work duties
Qualifications :
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Previous fine dining experience necessary
- Able to speak read and write English at advanced level to facilitate communications.
- Able to lift bend and stoop to perform various tasks.
- Able to lift frequently and carry bus trays and other objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Able to move quickly and efficiently
Hourly rate of $20.00
