FLEX Manager Digital Product Ancillary Web Products

As part of the Web Products team the FLEX Manager Digital Products will serve as the primary product owner for Restaurants & Bars digital experience. This role is responsible for advancing the product vision partnering closely with global continent teams and managing a feature roadmap that drives growth quality and guest engagement across our 6000 food and beverage outlets worldwide.

This Manager will work in a highly collaborative Agile environmentleading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring that new features and enhancements consistently deliver customer and business value. They will partner closely with engineering UX analytics and regional stakeholders to translate customer needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements.

This role will oversee the end to end product lifecycle including maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog. The Manager ensures that the development team focuses on the most impactful work aligns with strategic priorities and delivers high-quality digital experiences.

The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating large complex organizations and confidently facilitating conversations across continents and functions. They have a proven track record of analytical thinking digital product delivery in an enterprise environment and building strong business cases that influence senior stakeholders. They understand the importance of blending quantitative insights qualitative customer feedback and industry best practices to drive decision-making.

Candidates should bring a global growth mindset collaborative spirit and passion for creating digital experiences customers love. They should be moderately technical thrive in creative problem-solving and be ready to roll up their sleeves for tactical work when needed.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

Required

  • A four-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration Computer Science or a related major or equivalent experience/certification.
  • 4 years of digital product experience or related professional area
  • Digital product management experience within an Agile/Scrum team.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA or similar tools for managing product backlogs and workflows.
  • 3 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.

Preferred

  • 2 years of experience in the travel hospitality or sales and marketing industries.
  • Familiarity with the technical aspects of digital product development including UX/UI principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results under challenging conditions especially when faced with complexity ambiguity and aggressive timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including being a team player who works well with counterparts from various functions/departments and can influence their work without direct reporting accountability.
  • Ability to articulate product vision business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Ability to define requirements and technical implementation processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to engage in the technical aspects of solutions.

  • Collaborate with design engineering and business teams to drive product initiatives and on-time delivery.
  • Partner with content authoring UX and SEO operations teams to ensure content strategy is operational at scale.
  • Develop products that enhance user experiences and reduce friction.
  • Define product features and work with teams to deliver the product vision.
  • Create content and business cases to present concepts to management.
  • Use data analytics and market analysis to prioritize and optimize product features for roadmaps.
  • Manage and communicate feature prioritization balancing user and business needs.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics.
  • Coordinate backlog for defect resolution troubleshoot daily issues and escalate when necessary.
